Brew it right
- Espresso: 18 g of finely ground coffee, about 36 g out in 25–30 seconds. Adjust the grind to taste.
- Moka pot: fill the basket level without tamping, use hot water in the base, and pull it off the heat as soon as it starts to sputter.
